These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Wealther mobile application and the website wealther.io (together, the “Service”), operated by NeoVault Capital LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Wealther is a crypto portfolio tracking and market insights application. The Service provides informational and analytical tools only. Wealther is non-custodial: we never hold, transfer, or control your digital assets, private keys, or funds.
2. No Financial Advice
All content provided through the Service — including market data, sentiment indicators, and insights — is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Digital assets are volatile and involve significant risk, including the possible loss of principal.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at hello@wealther.io.
5. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
- Do not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

Market data displayed in the Service is sourced from third-party providers. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data and are not liable for decisions made based on it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeoVault Capital LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or digital assets, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
